What is virgin hair?
Virgin hair is hair that has not been chemically altered from its natural state. It is 100% natural, so there is no damage to the cuticles which protect the hair from the elements. This pure form gives the hair a healthy, vibrant look you can see and feel.
How many bundles do I need to purchase?
For a standard install we recommend at least 3 bundles. Amounts needed will vary based on install type, closure usage, personal preference and bundle length.
Can your hair be dyed, flat ironed, bleached etc?
Yes it can. Remember this is real human hair. Use a heat protectant with any heat tools and take caution when bleaching. Bleaching the hair may cause a small amount thermal loosening to the curl pattern. Always see a professional for any color treatments.
How is your hair measured?
Our hair is measured in its stretched state from the weft to the bottom of the hair shaft. The hair is not measured in its curly/wavy state. See our Hair Length Guide.
Machine weft vs. Hand tied weft?
Hand tied wefts are thinner. They reduce bulkiness when hair is sewn in. But because they are thin they have less hair per track and more bundles are often needed to create fullness. Machine wefts shed less when cut then hand tied wefts. We prefer to use machine wefts due to their durability and thickness.

How much is shipping/delivery and how many days before my hair arrives?
Shipping/delivery will take approximately 2-7 business days after production and processing of the hair. This is only an estimate and will vary depending on holidays and promotional/sale dates. Shipping/delivery costs will vary depending on the location. Shipping/delivery however is free for our Platinum Partners ONLY. All items are shipped out AFTER processing times have been completed. What is your return policies?
Due to our hygienic standards, all sales are final; however, we do offer exchanges on a case by case basis.
