TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Please read through the terms of our Partner Agreement carefully:
1. Partners must retain Makeda Beauty Brand on all products purchased from Makeda Beauty. If in breach, such partner’s status will be revoked and they will be unable to obtain the discounted pricing on all Makeda Beauty products in the future.
2. All Makeda Beauty products purchased from Makeda Beauty can only be sold in a retail environment or salon/stylist application on clients. Products being sold online in an e-commerce shopping cart will not be allowed unless stated otherwise. However, you may advertise that you use and sell Makeda Beauty products through your websites.
3. Approved partners will be listed on the Makeda Beauty website www.makeda-beauty.com, in our partners’ finder. Prepare yourselves for customers!
4. All partners are subject to social media promotion by Makeda Beauty like Instagram, twitter and facebook. We encourage our parties to return the favour.
5. Makeda Beauty reserves the right to terminate partners’ status for any reason at any time.
6. To maintain your partner’s status and discounts, partners must meet their status minimum order every month.
